Classical thermodynamics is contained in two great encyclopedias. The first is Encyclopaedia Britannica (Classic Edition), 11th Ed., Vol. 13, pages 1-88 of title: Thermodynamics. The second is Encyclopedia Britannica (11th Ed.), Vol. 15, pp. 78-105 of title: Thermodynamics. The former encyclopedia is a compendium of two and a half volumes, the latter is a single volume. The entry for thermodynamics in the two encyclopedias is almost identical. The only difference is the greater detail in the entry in Encyclopedia Britannica, and the inclusion of citations in the entry in Britannica.
Conventionally the terms thermodynamics and thermochemical thermodynamics are used to indicate the parts of classical thermodynamics. To distinguish between them, Wikipedia introduces the term thermo-chemical thermodynamics for thermodynamic theory without chemical thermodynamics. Early in the Encyclopedia Britannica, Vol. 13, is an introduction, at p. 1, to the statement, "At the present stage it is thermodynamically possible to deal with three states of matter: the gaseous, liquid, and solid, and a fourth state (the vapor) not now formally recognized as a new phase of matter."[36] The Encyclopedia Britannica (11th Ed.) says of the gas and the liquid, "In general... a specific volume... a mass... at a given temperature may be considered as a given value for certain thermodynamic quantities. At second order, however, near to degeneracy,... intensive parameters such as temperature and pressure... vary continuously."[37] The Encyclopedia Britannica (11th Ed.) adds of this degenerate state, "it is very nearly a liquid-vapor equilibrium... It may, however, be more accurately termed a third state of matter: an approximate quantum-mechanical superheated liquid."[38]
Target Waveforms are not modulatable in one note for each period per note. The Oscillator uses 2048 sample PCM input so two oscillators for a certain target waveform could even change the tone that a sound effect is getting! This means I can create a sound effect for the following songs: d2c66b5586
