Richard Ramirez was the last of his siblings born to Mexican immigrants, Julian and Mercedes Ramirez. When Mercedes was pregnant with Richard, she worked in a boot factory and inhaled many toxic chemicals. Richard grew up in an physically abusive environment due to his father's anger outbursts. Richard also suffered from seizures after sustaining head injuries as a child.
In the summer of 1984, Richard Ramirez committed a series of heinous crimes that earned him the moniker \"Night Stalker\" by the press. On June 28th, he killed a 79-years-old woman in her apartment in Glassel Park, Los Angeles. On the night of June 30th, Ramirez broke into Brooke Thompson's apartment. After stealing her jewelry, he attacks her but Brooke defends herself by repeatedly hitting him with a cast-iron pan, attracting the attention of neighbors who put Ramirez on the run. Before leaving, he threatens the young woman by saying that Satan will show him how to find her again. True to this statement, Richard follows Brooke to Camp Redwood the next day, stalking her from afar.[5]
Meanwhile, in the premiere episode, the Laginas were busy exploring the southeast corner of the swamp. They found some brass ornaments, barrels, and pottery remains at the location. Further, the water test in the Money Pit area found traces of gold. However, the measure of the gold traces was parts per billion. Also, the boreholes dug at the gold concentrated places did not get any promising results in the first episode. The team also used the metal detectors only to find an iron piece of a wagon wheel, assumed to be from the 1650s.
After a fight, the Mane 6, Spike, Young Six, and Pillars of Equestria unleashed a rainbow which destroyed the Windigos and removed the power Chrysalis, Tirek, and Cozy Glow had obtained from the bell. Pinkie Pie dropped a giant cupcake on them using Discord's magic before he took it back from the bell, and then Celestia, Luna, and Discord turned Chrysalis, Tirek, and Cozy Glow to stone forever, set on a pedestal together. Thus, Chrysalis was finally defeated for good.
It is unknown of what happen to Chrysalis in the future, as she (along with Tirek & Cozy Glow) are only briefly mentioned in the final episode along with a cameo in a newspaper. It's unclear if the stoning is permanent. It has been stated by Jim Miller that sometime after being turned to stone, their statues were likely moved into the Canterlot gardens like Discord's statue. He also confirmed that being turned to stone left them in suspended animation.
In Issue 35, once Sombra is revived, he releases Chrysalis and helps her defeat Twilight. Celestia and Luna arrive and fight Sombra and Chrysalis, respectively; when Luna gains the upper hand on Chrysalis, Sombra turns both princesses to stone.
In Issue 36, when Chrysalis finds out Sombra plans to release the Umbrum, she is against it, having witnessed the Umbrum attacking the Crystal Empire and causing despair, which changelings cannot feed off of, but when Sombra threatens to turn her to stone, she says she'll help him. This was merely to buy her enough time to escape, knowing she and her changelings could be killed by the Umbrum. She taunts the powerless Twilight and throws her out of her cage so she can be attacked by the Umbrum, and then flies with her changelings across the sea to parts unknown, leaving Lightning Dust, Iron Will, and the Flim Flam Brothers behind. 59ce067264
